Terms & Conditions.

1. All subscriptions will be managed through our Company LinkedIn page. You can subscribe by pressing the "Follow Company" button. (Full link: http://www.linkedin.com/company/aximprove). Alternatively you can email info@aximprove.co.uk directly prior to each draw to be included for the next draw. We may have specific Prize Draws that use other subscription methods but unless otherwise stated in the actual promotion Followers on our LinkedIn Company page will be the subscribers to the draw.
2. All subscriptions will be entered into a prize draw ("a draw") that will take place according to the schedule detailed for each specific promotion. The subscriber who is selected from the draw will nominate a company of their choosing to be the recipient of the licences or services. Both will be referred to as the "winner" interchangeably throughout these Terms and Conditions. Please note the prizes cannot be delivered to indivuals.
3. AXImprove reserve the right to terminate a promotion at any time, by serving advance notice in that promotion, termination can only happen immediately after a draw. Such termination will not however affect the rights of any winner already drawn.
4. Each draw winner will be notified via LinkedIn and/or email. The winner will need to voluntarily supply contact details and information regarding their AX installation in order for us to administer a draw. If information required to generate the licence is not given then the winner will forfeit their right to receive the prize from the prize draw and there will be a re-draw using the same pool of subscribers, less the previous winner.
5. If the winner, or their nominated company chooses not to accept the prize then there will be a redraw using the same pool of subscribers, less the previous winner.
6. Each draw winner will be announced via LinkedIn, and our website. We reserve the right to announce results in other public forums as we may consider appropriate.
7. Where the draw is for licences, and unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the licence will be issued for 1 calendar year. This will repeat for as long as the winner maintains subscription to the Companies LinkedIn page to allow us to perform necessary administration at licence renewal time. If the winner is no longer subscribed then the winner will forfeit their right to receive any further licence renewals.
8. Where the draw is for licences, and unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the licence will be issued for a specific version of the software. The version number will be detailed when the initial licence is issued. There will be no obligation on AXImprove to provide licences to any future versions of the same software product.
9. Where the draw is for services, these services will be provided remotely from our offices. Provision of these services will be dependent on the winner providing the necessary means to connect remotely and be able to deliver the services won. The winner may opt, at their own cost, to pay for expenses associated with having the services delivered physically on their site.
10. The winner agrees that we may publicise their details (in the form "Mr J. Smith, UK") and any testimonials they may provide to us for such publicity purposes as we may consider appropriate. Winners details will not be passed to any third party in any form or for any reason other than as defined here.
11. The prize will be invoiced to the winner's company as a FOC "Free of Charge" invoice to cover all costs of the licences or services won in the draw. This is a requirement to receive the licences or services.
12. AXImprove reserve the right to withdraw the licence or services, without accepting any liability, in the event that the winner, or their companies representatives commits a material breach of any Terms and Conditions relating to the licences or services won in the prize draw.
13. Prize Draws will be recorded.
14. AXImprove employees are not eligible for any prize draw.
15. There will be no cash alternative prizes.
16. While any given licence based promotion is active i.e. draws still to take place, all subscribers will be eligible for 40% discount on MRP price for the product currently being promoted.
17. In the event of dispute AXImprove's decision will be final.
